Rosa Fresca Grannies
Rachele, the pattern designer for this beauty, wrote:
Rosa Fresca is a beautiful blanket with a center bed of gorgeous granny squares, framed by a lovely round of flowers and shabby chic squares, all topped off with roses and lace. This decadent piece will add romance to any shabby chic room. It is fresh and white, with a lovely baby blue.

I have to say I agree!
Sarah at Repeat Crafter Me is another favorite of mine. She has taken the time to provide fantastic detail and close-up photos of this project. It’s so cheerful, and I love her choices of colors.
Birth Month Flower Grannies
According to what I could gather from the translation, the types of flowers used in this blanket represent each birth month. Pretty neat!
Colorful Hedgehog Grannies
One of the fun things about this pattern (besides the hedgehogs) is how easily the colors can be changed to suit age and decor.
Sophie Digard Grannies
Sophie Digard’s specialty is color. According to The French Needle, “Fibers made and dyed to her specifications in France are shipped to her workshop in Madagascar where they are hand crocheted, knitted and embroidered into unique works of art.”
